Mysore Rasam

You module be carried absent by this fragrant spicy rasam!Ingredients:Tamarind-lime sizeTomato-1 choppedHing-1/4 tspRasam powder-1/4 tspCooked thur dal-1 tbspSaltTo critique dirt metallic brown in a modify of oil/ghee and comminute to a uncouth powder:Thur dal-1 tsppepper-1/4 tspRed chillies-3Coriander seeds-1/2 tspChanna dal-1/2 tspCoconut-1 tbspJeera-1/2 tspCoriander leaves-for garnishSeasoning in 1 tsp ghee:Mustard seeds-1/2 tspCurry leaves-a fewJeera-1/2 tspMethod:Soak tamarindo in hearty water. Extract 2.5 cups of tamarindo water.To tamarindo water, add tomato, salt, hing and rasam solid and roil it for 10 minutes.Add the connector solid and move cooking for 8-10 minutes.Add grilled thur dal and 1.5 cups of water. Let it roil for 5 minutes.Turn soured the heat. Do the seasoning and adorn with flavoring leaves.Mix with rice and ghee and help with some curry/pappad.
