Yum, Tearty, Banana-Berry Sorbet...

Tearty, today's recipe is quick and yummy on a hot summer day.

If you have kids, they'll eagerly surrender their snow cones and popsicles for this wholesome alternative. The recipe is below. But first there's something I want to share.

Frankly, it can be hard to give up foods you've eaten your whole life, especially at social gatherings.

That's why new vegans and vegetarians often slip up. So do people who try giving up white sugar and white flour. Has this ever happened to you?

If so, I have a question:

Was someone holding you accountable to your health and diet goals?

Here's the reality. When you're left to your own devices, it's easy to justify "cheating" on your diet, or putting off your commitments for another day. You can always start with a clean slate tomorrow, right?

Wrong. You see, putting something off "until tomorrow" becomes a habit. And as Ralph Waldo Emerson said:

"Watch your actions, for they become your habits. Watch your habits, for they become your character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny."

The solution is simple. You need a friend or coach to hold you accountable in these ways:

    * Remind you why you chose this diet
    * Remind you how your health is benefiting
    * Hold you accountable to your word
    * Give you moral support when you encounter social challenges

A good friend can do that for you. However, your friend may not have nutrition expertise. And even if s/he does, s/he may not know exactly which foods are optimal for *your* body.

That's why The Vegetarian Health Institute has been working to create a 1-on-1 Wellness Coaching Program.

Their goal is to put an expert in your corner, someone who can recommend the optimal diet for YOU (based on an intake form).

With your own dedicated Wellness Coach, you'll not only have moral support and accountability. Your Coach can also recommend which foods to eat, when to eat them, and how to prepare them.

The Institute has identified three terrific experts they'd like to hire for this program.

But before going forward, they need to find out how many people would invest in Coaching services on a monthly basis... and how many would want phone calls vs. web-based coaching.

Their Coaching service isn't available yet. But if you'll read a description of the proposed program, and participate in a quick survey, they'll give you a coupon code good for 15% off your first month of coaching.

(The survey only has three questions.)

By participating, you'll get to influence the services they offer and the prices they charge. To read the program description and get your coupon code for  "15% off", just click here now:
