Where do vegetarians get Vitamin A? (+ invite to live Q&A call)

Where do vegetarians get Vitamin A?

Milk contains Vitamin A, but not much. A cup of milk only has 10% of the U.S. recommended daily allowance.

The following plant foods contain beta carotene, which is the precursor to Vitamin A:

1) Green vegetables -- especially broccoli and dark leafy greens like spinach, collards, and kale.

2) Orange vegetables -- carrots, yams, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, etc.

3) Orange fruits -- cantaloupe, apricots, papaya, mango, peaches, etc.

Besides Vitamin A, would you like to know the best plant sources of protein, calcium, iron, and Vitamins B12 and D?

If so, here's great news. If you're one of the first 200 students to enroll in the Vegan / Vegetarian Mastery Program this Wednesday, you'll get the Institute's early bird bonus package. Among the four bonuses is their Special Report, "Best Sources of Protein, Calcium, Iron, Omega 3, and Vitamins A, B12, and D".

Remember, they open enrollment at 1:00pm EDT on Wed 6/23. So plan to be at your computer at that time, to receive the link from me. That's when you'll get to sign up for a one penny 15-day trial.
